I have really enjoyed working out with Liam, he provides good structured sessions each week, that can be adapted to the areas that I would like to work on. He is a very good motivator, there is not a session that goes by where he does not get me to work hard. Each week I want to improve myself, and go that little bit further and he helps me in every way possible to achieve this.
My training with Liam has benefitted me mentally and physically as it is always great to keep active, especially during these uncertain times, for both my mental and physical health. Keeping my mind busy, and training with Liam has definitely positively impacted my mindset, and my fitness levels.
