Service Description
Boxing and HIIT training all into one session! Whether you have boxed before, or this is your first time, I design this class to accommodate for all levels. I combine boxing, with HIIT training, to ensure that you experience boxing specific exercises, whilst working all elements of your body. All of my members are friendly, welcoming, which creates a great atmosphere to train in. The gym itself is equipped with punchbags, boxing rings, functional training equipment, and weights. Everything you need for a super engaging workout is under one roof! This class is capped at 12 members, as it is a small group coaching experience, ensuring that you will not be left to your own demise. You will have my full attention, and coaching experience helping and encouraging you throughout the whole session. All classes are non-contact, so you have got the assurance that you will walk out of the gym with improved physical and mental wellbeing, and bruise free!
