During the pandemic, my weight fluctuated significantly. I have been carrying an injury for a long time, and it has resulted in a lack of motivation to exercise, and I never really had a plan or purpose to train. From a nutritional perspective, I would fluctuate from crash diets to excess eating and drinking which would therefore result in me starving myself to bring my weight down.
Since training with Liam, my outlook has changed. I have increased strength, and I have been motivated to exercise regularly again. Liam set me a tailored programme to train in the gym with, which includes various workouts which work towards my goals. I also have 121 PT sessions, because not one session is the same, they vary from HIIT, to boxing, to conditioning – which makes every one enjoyable.
My nutritional knowledge has now improved significantly. I have dropped the fasting, crash and ‘quick fix’ diets, and replaced this with a sustainable relationship with the foods I am consuming. I can freely eat within my calorie frame, and I am now conscious of the caloric and macro nutritional content of my diet. This is all due to Liam’s diet tracking service, which is a very personal experience, as he checks in with me regularly to see where I am at with my process, and we plan targets, which will eventually end at my overall goal. I have managed to lose 3kg in my first month on the plan, which may not seem much, however this is a sustainable loss and I feel much better in myself!
