
I completed 4 months of Liam's personal workout plan, during the lockdown period. The plan worked very well and I found it easy to fit into my normal working day, and imbedded a routine in my life which I didn't have in place before. This has now become part of my normal routine, and the exercises I have learnt I still use now many months on!
I particularly found it motivating how Liam would check in with me frequently, and tailor my workout's based on my feedback and how I was performing on previous weeks.
I would definitely reccomend one of Liam's personal workout plan's as he has kept me physically and mentally motivated during lockdown, and has managed to motivate me to enjoy exercise!
Seeing steady, sustainable results each month was motivating, as I managed to lose over 1 stone, and cut 5 inches from my waist size during the process.
