Service Description
Boxfit classes are ideal for someone who is looking to improve their fitness levels, whilst learning a new sport, in boxing. This class is appropriate for all fitness and boxing levels, making it inclusive to anybody who would like to take part and improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. This class will consist mainly of boxing related exercises such as skipping, shadow boxing, footwork, bagwork, but also there will be elements in the class that contain strength and conditioning circuits to give you that all round body workout! Boxing is a great way to improve your confidence, self esteem and mental wellbeing. Not only does it just boost your mood, but you will feel a sense of achievement after completing these sessions, as you will be well instructed in learning a new skill, and a form of self defence. Boxing training also has physical benefits such as improving your cardiovascular health, so if you are looking to improve your fitness levels then this is a great way to achieve this! Are you fed up of the boring ways of getting cardio workouts in? Boxing may be the answer to this, due to the sports high intensity level, but also the fact that it is a fun, engaging way to workout! All classes are non-contact, so you have got the assurance that you will walk out of the gym with improved physical and mental wellbeing, and bruise free!
